Stone Oaks Ballroom, Opelousas, LA Sarah & Brandon

Sarah and Brandon had a beautiful fall wedding at Stone Oaks Ballroom, located in Opelousas, Louisiana. It was such a fun day and we could not have asked for more perfect weather for an outdoor wedding! The day was simple, sweet and had so many personal touches!

Sarah got ready with her girls a few minutes down the road at Bellevue Manor - this historic home, turned Airbnb was the perfect location to capture some killer photos! The morning was stress free and light - filled with giggles and a little bit of liquid courage.

Sarah exchanged letters with her mom and shared first looks with her dad and twin brothers - the love was so obvious when they saw their girl dressed up in white! We carved out some time to take a few bridal portraits and we'll never get over how dreamy these came out!

Before departing for the ceremony, Sarah's family and friends surrounded her in love and prayer, then she was off to marry her man!

Sarah and Brandon chose not to do a first look prior to the ceremony - you could feel the anticipation building while everyone waited for the big reveal. The ceremony setup was beautiful with lots of florals and the seats were filled by those they love most. Sarah and Brandon exchanged "I Do's" and it wasn't lost on anyone how special that moment was!

We aren't sure who was more excited after the ceremony was complete...Sarah and Brandon or Brandon's son, Colton. There was no doubt how happy Colton was to be officially gaining Sarah as a stepmom - he said so quite a few times and even shed a happy tear or two!

Even though this was a fall wedding - Sarah had all light colored florals! We love to see couples step out of the box and utilize colors that we don't typically see in October. We could admire these bold arrangements from Bayou Les Fleurs all day long - y'all know we are all for light colors over here!

The cake by Crystal Weddings was as delicious as it was beautiful! The gold edges really popped against the white background and made for a great focal point in the room!

This crew takes celebrating seriously and partied all night long! The dance floor stayed packed until the last song of the night and there's no doubt that a good time was had by all that were in attendance. There was so much dancing, laughing and then the night closed out with a private last dance and bubble exit. This wedding was truly one to remember in all the best ways!

Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs Simmons!
