False River Golf & Country Club: Bree & Tyler

Updated: Oct 31, 2022

Bree and Tyler said "I Do" on the most perfect May day! No detail was missed and there's no doubt that the reception was the party of the season.

One of my favorite parts of the wedding day is always the prep with the girls. The room is always filled with giggles, matching pj sets, lipstick and a few sly jokes. You can always feel the excitement building through the day and there's nothing sweeter than watching a bride's friends help her to get ready for her big night. To no surprise Bree had the most beautiful details, complete with a disco cowgirl hat that she handmade. Her prep also had a fun twist - PUPPIES! One of the bridesmaid's dogs recently had a litter of puppies, so of course we took full advantage and grabbed them for a photo shoot.

Bree shared the sweetest first looks with her father and future Father-in-Law - it was very obvious how thrilled they were to see their girl all dressed up in white. The stunning dress Bree chose was classy and complimented her natural beauty so well. The bow on the back paired with the pearls in Bree's hair and the long steam rose bouquet made the whole look come together flawlessly. The best part....this was only the first dress of the day!

We arrived at St. Mary of False River where Bree and Tyler shared a first look in the beautiful courtyard area. The smile on Tyler's face said it all when he saw his bride - pure love! The courtyard made the perfect backdrop for Breigh to capture some magical wedding party and family photos. Everyone shared a few laughs and enjoyed time together before it was time for the ceremony to begin.

At 6:30pm the church doors swung open and Bree's father walked her down the aisle to meet her groom. The two exchanged vows and said "I Do" in such a beautiful church surrounded by their dearest friends and family...then it was time to party!

This reception setup was nothing short of amazing. From the large marquee letters in front of the dance floor to the dozens of candles that were spread through the whole facility - this reception lacked nothing! The food from Riverside Specialty Meats was amazing and the cake from Sweet Stirrings was the most delicious cake I've ever tried . One of my favorite touches was the figurine of Bree and Tyler's dog, Milly, at the bottom of the cake. Also, how gorgeous were the shelves full of candles behind it?!

There was no question about it - this crew was here to party! The Sugar Shakers kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. The floral covered disco balls hanging above the dance floor really helped to up the party vibe. Of course, there were tons of dance floor props that the crowd went crazy over - hats and glow sticks were everywhere you turned. At this point in the night Bree changed into her second dress - the party dress - and broke out her handmade disco cowgirl hat!

After all that dancing, of course a late night snack was needed - que the pizza delivery! You can imagine how well this went over with the crowd... who doesn't want to snack on a slice of pizza while dancing the night away?!

Bree and Tyler had a truly beautiful day full of elegant and classic touches and not a minute of the party was wasted. I know this night was one that so many are still talking about - everyone had such a great time! When I think back on this day FUN will always be the first word that comes to my mind.

Cheers to the Falcons!
