Planning Process

  • Custom client portal to transfer all wedding documents

  • Review vendor contracts​

  • Turn-over planning meeting 6 weeks prior to wedding day​

  • Final venue walk through to finalize layout, timeline and rain plan

  • Creation of day-of timeline for ceremony & reception

  • Distribution of timeline to hired vendors

  • Coordinate rehearsal (if running ceremony)

Wedding Day

  • On-site vendor management on wedding day

​

  • Oversee ceremony & reception set up

  • Emergency supplies kit

​

  • Ensure timeline is being followed by vendors, wedding party and family members

​

  • Distribute any final payments & gratuities to vendors 

​

  • Return all personal belongings to assigned family member at the end of the night
